Senior Living Placement in Southlake, Colleyville, Keller, and North Richland Hills

Free help finding the right place for someone you love.

I’m Max Keller. I help families in our area find assisted living, memory care, and small residential care homes that actually fit. I know the homes because I walk them, meet the owners, and go on the tours with you.

Most families start this the same way. They guess.

A fall. A hospital stay. A change in memory. All of a sudden your family has to figure out care levels, costs, and which homes are any good, usually in a hurry.

My family went through this with my grandmother, Momo. We guessed. Nobody should have to.

Three steps, and we walk them with you.

Tell us what is going on.

A short call. We ask about your loved one’s care needs, the budget, the part of town you want, and your timeline.

We narrow it down.

Out of dozens of options, we bring you the two or three that actually fit, with what they really cost and who has an opening.

We tour with you.

We go on the tours, ask the questions you would not think to ask, and help your family make the decision and plan the move.

Our help is free to your family. The home your loved one moves into pays us a referral fee at move in. You do not get a bill from us.

The kinds of care we help with

Memory Care.

A safe, secure setting with staff trained for Alzheimer’s and other kinds of dementia.

Some of the best homes are the ones you have never heard of.

Tarrant County has small licensed homes with a handful of residents each. Many families never find them because they do not show up on the big directory websites. We know them, and for the right person, a small home can be the better fit.

A local placement agent who works with your family.

Before real estate, I was a coach and math teacher for seven years. In 2015 I started buying houses in Dallas Fort Worth, and nearly every house I bought had a senior involved. I started recommending places for them to live, and that became Savior Senior Placement.

I also wrote Home to Home, a guide for families going through this, and I teach other people how to do this work the right way. I live here, and these are my neighbors.
